How To Order

The easiest way to order is online. Once you have completed your order, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Should there be any queries we will email you prior to dispatching any goods. All items in stock will be dispatched within 2-3 working days although the vast majority of our orders are sent out within 24 hours.

Orders by post are welcome. Please send your order with a cheque made payable to "Fairytale Fashions" and to the address below. Please state the item reference and description, size, price and number required on your order, and remember to add your name, delivery address and contact number. Please note goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Unfortunately we can only accept cheques from customers based in the UK.
