Items in stock are normally despatched within 1 to 3 working days of receiving your order. However, the vast majority of our orders are sent out within 24 hours. 

If you require next day delivery please contact us at info@fairytalefashions.co.uk as this can be arranged for selected items but will be charged as an extra.

Items will be sent by 1st class delivery via Royal Mail. The majority of items are sent by "recorded delivery" but this cannot be guaranteed for all items.  Overseas items will be sent by either Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Fedex depending on the size and weight of the order.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange.

If you require an exchange it is advisable to send us an email with the details of the item(s) you require so that we can reserve the item for you. Please email us at info@fairytalefashions.co.uk

When returning items, please return them to us with proof of purchase, unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure that any tags and labels have not been removed and that the goods are returned with their original hangers otherwise we will not be able to give a refund.

Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt and notify us by email at info@fairytalefashions.co.uk within 7 working days of delivery if the goods are damaged. If you fail to do so we may not be able to offer you a refund.

We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery. Goods are returned to us at your own expense.

We operate the same returns and refund policy for sale goods as with full priced goods.
